Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, destination country/region, and selected shipping method of your order. The exact shipping fee will be displayed on the checkout page before you confirm your payment. Free shipping is available for orders that meet the minimum purchase amount specified on our website (varies by region).

3. Processing Time

Order processing typically takes 2-5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). This includes order verification, product inspection, and packaging. For custom-made furniture or large items, processing time may be extended to 7-10 business days, and we will notify you via email if there is any delay.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery time varies depending on the destination and shipping method: Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days for major countries/regions; 15-30 business days for remote areas.Express Shipping: 3-7 business days (available for most countries, additional fees apply). Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance procedures, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will provide a tracking number once your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor the delivery status online.

5. Customs & Duties

When shipping internationally, your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country/region. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, as Furniture Life does not cover them. Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. You can also track your order by logging into your Furniture Life account and navigating to the "Order History" section.

7. Shipping Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and tracking information. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly, which may include arranging a replacement, refund, or reshipment based on the situation.
